WHAT IS THE HER PROJECT?
Where empowerment intersects with creativity in the heart of Charlotte, The Her Project was initially conceived to uplift remarkable women across various fields, exploring narratives beyond their brand stories. However, after thoughtful consideration, The Her Project has evolved from exclusively championing women-owned businesses to spotlighting narratives from a diverse array of businesses.
As an organization, our primary focus lies in celebrating the often overlooked heroines of the film industry. Our dedicated emphasis on crafting impactful brand videos extends beyond the companies we serve—it’s a tribute to the talented women breathing life into these visual stories.
At the core of our mission is support for emerging talents and seasoned professionals in film. The Her Project serves as a haven for women in digital content creation, fostering collaboration and recognizing diverse talents. We believe in creating opportunities for all women in the industry, providing a space for individual creativity to thrive.
Our expertise extends to crafting compelling brand videos that delves beneath the surface of businesses. Whether conveying the rich history of a family-owned enterprise or capturing the essence of innovative products, The Her Project is committed to delivering high-quality videos that resonate with the audience and elevate brand stories.
As a beacon of change, The Her Project challenges stereotypes in the historically male-dominated industry. We don’t just make space for women in film; we claim it. Through our projects, we dismantle barriers, showcasing that women excel in every aspect of video production as well.
We’re more than a production team—we’re a community, a movement, and a celebration of the creative women in film. Join us as we continue to break barriers, one project at a time, recognizing that the future of film is inclusively shaped for both female and male talent.
